World Health Organization (English World Health Organization, WHO) was established 7 April 1948, and is an organ under the United Nations. The organization is headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, but also six regional offices with some degree of independence. The European regional office is located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
World Health Organization has 193 Member States. The organization's purpose is to ensure the highest possible standard of living for the world's population.

UNICEF is the world's largest relief organization for children, and works for children's rights in 155 countries and regions. Health, education, equality and protection are key words for UNICEF's work, and they work against both the national authorities, communities and families.
The ILO is composed as a trepartorganisasjon, with representatives of governments, workers and employers - a unique structure within the UN system. ILO's mandate is to improve working and living conditions including through the adoption of international conventions for example. wages, working hours, employment and social security.
